My first officially posted 3D print the "Sawdust chute"

 Frallands Sawdust chute

Some projects start with a big idea. This one started with a friend who was simply tired of being covered in sawdust every time he used his Makita 2704 table saw. He didn’t want a full dust‑collection system or a noisy vacuum—just a clean way to drop the sawdust straight into a bucket.

So I designed a 63 mm 3D‑printed sawdust chute that mounts under the saw and guides everything neatly downward. The small detail that makes it work so well is the notch on top: you hang the bucket handle there, and the bucket stays perfectly aligned. No shifting, no guessing, no mess.

Even though it was made for the Makita 2704, it fits any setup with a 63 mm dust port, so it’s a handy little universal part.

I tried printing it in PETG first, but the internal geometry didn’t play nicely—stringing and sagging everywhere. PLA printed perfectly, with a smooth interior that actually improves airflow.

I’ve uploaded both the .3mf and .step files so anyone can print it, tweak it, or remix it. If you make your own version, I’d love a bit of credit—it keeps the maker community fun.

Sometimes the simplest prints end up being the most useful. This one definitely earned its place in the workshop.

Raspberry Pi 5 AI/M.2 Hat+ Snap Case

I had to print a new Raspberry pi cabinet to fit a NVME SSD Hat.

Absolutely fabulous design, it fits really good and even has an on/off button on the backside.
